Frankfurt, Germany convention March 2009. This tattoo, on a woman from Holland, was a few years in the making. After contacting me numerous times and trying unsuccessfully to line up our schedules, we were finally able to bring the saga to a happy end in Frankfurt, and it was a lot of fun. The manta ray was existing tattoo that I just re-colored and gave it a drop shadow to work it into my background.
