here's a phot-realistic black and grey hammer hanging on a nail tattoo. the client (who happens to be a finish carpenter) wanted to have his son's name "Tanner" imprinted into the handle, so we decided to give it the illusion that it had been branded/ burned into the wood. was pretty cool to do a tribute tattoo that also happened to be a carpenter tattoo
