This tattoo was so much fun to do! We started this on 05/15/10 finished it on 09/02/10 and it took four sittings to complete. The customer originally wanted a dragon in the style of the ouroboros, slipping through gears, but he wanted it small, going around his wrist. He wanted it to be an oriental dragon, but in a more realistic/illustrative
tattoo style. When he came in for his first sitting he had changed his mind and wanted to do something with it around his leg and, well, this evolved from there! I had SUCH a good time doing this tattoo and would love to do more things like this in the future! I LOVE doing subject matter that is typically done in a particular style done in a completely different way, so if you have any ideas, bring them in to me!
