This customer just turned 18 and graduated from high school. This was her first tattoo and she's been planning it for a long time. She told me that she's had a very hard childhood so this is her present to herself for making it through and coming out stronger for it in the end. The hibiscus itself had a very strong meaning for her which she chose to keep private. I love this tattoo and I'm glad I could be part of this experiance for her.
