Pick your jaws up off the fucking floor. Too many of us (and yes i say us, for the reason that we are all not perfect nor ever will be. We are in this shit together whether you like it or not.) I watch movies, I watch tv (occasionaly) I go on computers daily and I use technology. I also recognize that i do this, and how often i do these things, and try to control my use of each. So, too many of us get really caught up with these distractions that are given to and almost forced upon us. We are intrigued to over consume on a daily basis. It is not bad to use things that we have created, but to drown ourselves in them is not healthy whatsoever. Not for us, our species, and not for this earth. We are losing the feeling of being comfortable with out these things, and we dont even know it. Stress, “anxiety” it comes from somewhere, and I feel it stems from all of these distractions that are tearing us away from our natural ways of life, and its getting worse. We have natural things in our face everyday screaming for attention with all of its beauty, yet we CHOOSE to ignore it for some reason. Be more conscious of your life and your routines. Know that all these things we use are just things that we have created to help control our racing minds, but now our minds are trying to catch up and racing even faster. Take a step back and just breath. You do not have any abnormal conditions.
Stop being distracted by all these distractions.
