This tattoo was done over the course of a few sessions, the first being on 3/16/12 and the last being on 6/29/12 and took 9 and a quarter hours to complete. It is very large on the clients hip and stomach.
This is a memorial tattoo for my clients friend, Amanda Plasse, who was murdered in Chicopee, Massachusetts back in August of 2011. My c
lient and the victim were good friends who worked together at the same Friendly's restaurant. Amanda was a bit of a hippie and my client described her as a free spirit. She loved gardening and grew sunflowers in her garden. After her killing, my client and all of her friends/coworkers at Friendly's wore tie dyed ribbons to memorialize their beautiful friend.
